Weatherproof signs at each farm entrance with a QR code and the farm's code printed underneath. Visitors scan the sign or type the code; there is no app to download.

Farm status · downtime rules
Green, Yellow, Red.
Each farm has a status set by the integrator. The last farm a person visited decides where they can go next. Anyone who arrives too soon is warned and their visit is flagged for review. Integrators can use all three levels or only Green and Red.
Green
No restrictions. Visitors can go on to any farm.
Yellow
Visitors can go on to Yellow or Red farms, but must wait 24 hours before a Green farm.
Red
Active bio threat. Visitors can go only to other Red farms until 72 hours have passed. Visitors must acknowledge the integrator's alert before checking in.

01GPS-Verified Visitor Check-In
Visitors check in from their phone at the farm. Check-in is refused outside the farm's boundary, so the record shows they were actually there.
02Farms & Complexes
Organize farms under complexes, set each farm's boundary on a satellite map, and manage entrance signs and codes.
03Downtime Warnings
Green, Yellow, and Red farm status with automatic warnings when someone arrives too soon after a higher-risk farm.
04Bio-Threat Alerts
Mark a farm with an active bio threat. Everyone who arrives sees your instructions and rep phone number and must acknowledge them.

Search visits by farm, complex, visitor, or date, see flagged visits, and export to CSV.
06Privacy by Design
Location is read once at check-in, not tracked. Records belong to the integrator, are never shared with other companies, and are deleted after two years.
