DTD Relay by TrackSentri
In development · dealership pilot planned

Dealer trades.
Paperwork handled.

DTD Relay takes the paperwork out of dealer-trade driving. Managers assign drivers by text, drivers accept and scan receipts from a link on their phone, and the completed driver form prints with receipts attached, ready to sign and send to accounting.

How it works

One trade, start to finish.

Drivers don't need an app or a login. Everything they do happens from a secure link texted to their phone.

Step 1

Trade comes in

Forward the dealer trade form by email, or scan or paste a VIN. The trade appears for the manager to check before anyone is assigned.

Step 2

Manager assigns a driver

Pick a driver, plus a chase driver if needed. The driver gets a text with a link and has 30 minutes to accept, with a reminder halfway.

Step 3

Driver makes the trip

Accept or Can't go with one tap. At pickup, scan the VIN to confirm it's the right vehicle. A Problem button alerts the manager.

Step 4

Receipts on return

Tap I'm back and scan each receipt with the phone camera: fuel, tolls, parking, or lodging. Amounts are read automatically and the driver confirms them.

Step 5

Paperwork ready

The driver form fills itself in: date, dealer code, pay, trip description, expenses, and total owed. The manager reviews and prints the form with receipts.

Step 6

Sign and send

Driver and manager sign in the office, and the packet goes to accounting. Every change along the way is recorded.

Built for the dealership

Less chasing.
Faster reimbursement.

Planned for the pilot. Details will be confirmed with each dealership.

01

Trades Inbox

Every trade in one list, from import through signed and sent, with alerts when a driver returns, declines, runs out of time, or reports a problem.

02

Text-Based Driver Offers

Drivers accept or decline from a text. Declined or expired offers come straight back to the manager to reassign.

03

Receipt Scanning

Drivers scan every receipt from the trip: fuel, tolls, parking, and lodging. The manager reviews them before anything is paid.

04

Automatic Driver Forms

Flat rate per trade plus receipts, always with your home store's dealer code, filled in and ready to print.

05

Wrong-Vehicle Check

A VIN scan at pickup warns the driver and manager before the wrong vehicle leaves the lot.

06

Manager Control & Audit Trail

Managers can correct any value before printing. Every change is logged with who made it and when.

Privacy & texting rules

Your dealership's records, kept to your dealership.

Each dealership is its own account, and driver details are visible only to that dealership's managers. Dealer-to-dealer pricing is never pulled out of the trade form into records, and managers choose what drivers can see on their copy. Drivers opt in to texts, can reply STOP at any time, and aren't texted during quiet hours.
